These talks are open to anyone. You're welcome to drop in and join the discussion! Saturday April 13th - 4-5:30pm Menstruality and the Moon with Abi Denyer-Bewick. Abi is a Leadership Mentor at Red School, a Menstrual Medicine Circle Facilitator, Grief worker, Audhd advocate, Body Poet and Ritualist. She is passionate about all humans returning to their cyclical nature, restoring right relationship with earth and the more than human realm. Abi loves engaging with people as they learn how to listen to and communicate their changing needs and desires with kindness and curiosity. Saturday June 15th - 4-5:30pm Abdominal and Womb Wellness with Marisa Shearer "My mission is to help women rediscover their bodies and reconnect with an ancient wisdom. The way we practice self-care, how we massage our abdomens, select herbs to steam our vaginas with, care for our pregnant and postpartum bodies, the movement we make and the thoughts that we welcome all contribute to our reality."

Please understand that I am self-employed and if you cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice I need to charge you. For courses and retreats please refer to individual services for relevant cancellation policies. I will always try my best to work out the best outcome.
