Estalagem da Ponta do Sol is a gorgeous boutique hotel situated in a picturesque village by the sea on the south coast of Madeira. It offers luxury accommodation with spectacular views to the ocean and mountains, an outdoor and an indoor pool, and a spa with a range of treatments to enjoy. The Yoga Studio is beautiful, spacious and peaceful.

This retreat is for anyone interested in enjoying movement and breathing practices to return to a closer relationship with yourself and life.  I will be teaching, as always, to challenge your edges with the intention of freeing you up for more joy and lightness!  Katie is a native of Madeira with an extensive knowledge of the island's landscape, with a bubbly personality and is an excellent Yoga teacher.
