Come and immerse yourself in a weekend of experiential and exploratory Yoga practices with me at the quietly elegant Florence House in Sussex. This weekend is for anyone interested in enjoying movement and breathing practices to return to a more beautiful relationship with yourself and life. Expect plenty of Yoga, rest, contemplation and discussion, with hands-on guidance if you wish. Delicious food, good company and Nature!  Standard Triple room £465pp; shared bathroom Standard Double/Twin £495pp or £545 single occupancy; shared bathroom Standard Double/Twin ensuite £545pp/£645 single occupancy Includes all your delicious vegetarian meals. (Special diets can be catered for extra £20pp). - Unlimited herbals teas and fresh fruits available throughout the day - 3 Yoga/meditation sessions with Dot per day - Dance Session Saturday evening - Various options for accommodation.
