A shared space for personal enquiry and self-discovery. This is a pre-book class where we can enjoy good company and Yoga as a radical practice - it's about liberating ourselves from limiting beliefs so we can enjoy our natural state of peaceful engaged living. All levels welcome to explore and enjoy movement, breath, contemplation and relaxation. This class is a termly commitment Jan 27 - Mar 24 2026 *No class on Feb 17th. Term fee £120 full price, Concessions £105. *There are no 'general' drop-in spaces in this class. *Drop-in for mothers with young children £10 @ The Subud Centre, Talbot Terrace, Lewes BN7 2DS

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable once the course has started. No quibble cancellation within 28 days of course starting, less non-refundable deposit. After 28 days, refunds are on a case-by-case basis at my discretion and will be pro-rata.
