Service Description

A shared space for personal enquiry and self-discovery. This is a pre-book class where we can enjoy good company and Yoga as a radical practice - it's about liberating ourselves from limiting beliefs so we can enjoy our natural state of peaceful engaged living. All levels welcome to explore and enjoy movement, breath, contemplation and relaxation. This class is a termly commitment September 10 - December 10th 2024. *No class on October 22nd Term fee £195 - You are welcome to pay in two instalments. Cancellation Policy

Please understand that I am self-employed and if you cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice I need to charge you. For courses and retreats please refer to individual services for relevant cancellation policies. I will always try my best to work out the best outcome.
