Service Description

Beechwood Hall is a large, light and airy space in the countryside just outside of Lewes, 3 mins walk from Cooksbridge station, with plenty of free parking at the hall. Classes are a mixture of guided enquiries into our personal relationship with asana, pranayama and contemplation. Themes change to keep it fresh, but the common threads of breath, earth and movement underpin every practice, with an invitation to relax and let go of stress! No previous experience is required. Every Body Welcome. Come as you are!💜 September 14th - December 14th 2023 **No Class October 26th Fees: 14 week term £210, payable in instalments if you need. Concessions also available.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that I am self-employed and if you cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice I need to charge you. For courses and retreats please refer to individual services for relevant cancellation policies. I will always try my best to work out the best outcome.
