Service Description

Beechwood Hall is a large, light and airy space in the countryside just outside of Lewes, 3 mins walk from Cooksbridge station, with plenty of free parking at the hall. Classes are a mixture of guided enquiries into our personal relationship with asana, pranayama and contemplation. Themes change to keep it fresh, but the common threads of breath, earth and movement underpin every practice, with an invitation to relax and let go of stress! No previous experience is required.
