**First Intro Call Monday 16th March. Program begins Tuesday 17th March 2026* The Spring Reset Package includes: - Access to a dedicated online course platform with all resources and a discussion forum. - Explanatory videos, and printable information including an overview of the process, shopping list and Ayurvedic practices to support your process. - All the information and recipes you need to prepare 3 - 4 nourishing and healing daily meals and drinks. - All the information you need to prepare for and support a deep tissue cleanse on day 5. - 9 x daily recorded Yoga practice via zoom (recorded if you are unable to attend). - 2 x 45 minute Connection Calls via Zoom - Daily recorded meditation/visualisation practices. All-inclusive price is £60 Optional preparatory and/or follow-up sessions can be booked with me (at additional cost of £60/1 hour session) if you feel you would like some personal coaching. **Please don't let finances limit you from joining.
