This journey is for you if you want to deepen your understanding of the Yogic ways to self-realisation, while embracing the third phase of life. Grounded in the gentle, ancient wisdom of Sankhya philosophy and guided by teachers who have explored Yoga practices for decades, this course offers a container for discovery! - Monthly day-long workshops at Beechwood Hall, facilitated by Dot Bowen and with regular special guest teachers. 10:30am - 4pm, October 2026 - June 2027. Calendar: TBC The Deep Yoga Enquiry is an "in-person" course, for people who want to explore a deeper relationship with the philosophy of Yoga in an embodied way. Stepping into the enquiry and a place of 'not knowing', while carrying a personal practice that is precious and valued is the line we walk and the threshold we may cross. Small group - maximum 12.
