Service Description

An Ayurvedic Health Coaching session is an opportunity for you to reconnect with what is important to you in your mind, body and emotions, and set intentions which are meaningful and achievable. Ayurveda is not a "quick-fix" solution to symptoms of disease or discomfort, but an opportunity to take responsibility for your life choices and make small, significant changes to rediscover your vitality and peace. Initial consultations involve an in-depth health assessment and last 90 minutes. You will receive an overview of your Ayurvedic constitution, current state of the "doshas" and steps to begin working towards balance. Follow-up consultations last an hour.
