Conscious Choices for Life
A course for Mature Practitioners
"There is no age to Yoga. You can start at 70, 80. Because if it is done with gravity, with breath, you receive and you don't go against, you will never damage the body. The first thing is not to fight yourself. Be ready to receive energy. Energy helps, breathing helps. There is no age." ~ Vanda Scaravelli

What does it mean to be a good ancestor?
-
How can we continue to explore the deeper aspects of Yoga in an ageing form?
-
Are you ready to reconnect with a sense of wonder and curiosity as you open to the wisdom years of your life?
‘Yoga’ can bring us to a state of profound peace and equanimity. A practice that has many perspectives and possibilities for exploring what it is to be human. Each phase of our lives, and every moment of every day is completely unique and fleeting so holding on to what we know can actually keep us from opening and preparing for the journey beyond the form and limit our relationship with our formless self.
Yoga invites us to open into the moment as a completely innocent and conscious being; free from the past, and ripe with the potential of the future we are co-creating! Embracing the unknown with equanimity, courage and compassion, we hold the possibility of hosting dynamic health in our own lives but also into the wider community.
We can embrace the wisdom phase of our life as the richest and most inspiring; a chance to truly know what is always here. A profound realisation of the Self.
