Come and immerse yourself in a weekend of experiential and exploratory Yoga practices with Dot Bowen at the quietly elegant Florence House in Sussex. This weekend is for anyone interested in enjoying movement and breathing practices to return to a more beautiful relationship with yourself and life. Expect plenty of movement, rest, contemplation and discussion, with hands-on guidance if you wish. We will enjoy extra activities like mala-making, chanting or crystal sound baths Delicious food, good company and Yoga!  Standard Triple room £465pp; shared bathroom Standard Double/Twin £495pp or £545 single occupancy; shared bathroom Standard Double/Twin ensuite £545pp/£645 single occupancy Includes all your delicious vegetarian meals.
